My All Women's Music Ensemble captures each musician's love of her music and her instrument. She becomes the music!
The Lutanist, a lute maker, used the Egyptian long-neck traditional design for her lute. Her image, part woman and part bird, recalls the mythology of "bird women," revered in many cultures.
Suitable for outdoor covered patios and decks.

Shown on a pedestal designed and crafted by Craig Demmon, architect and furniture craftsman. The pedestal is made from beetle kill pine with several grooves made by the beetles filled with colored resins that pick up colors found in the piece of sculpture.
